Hand rubbed with our delicious gluten free rub, and carefully smoked to a beautiful golden-brown color, resulting in the most delicious, tender, and juicy chicken you’ve ever tasted.  

Our free roaming chickens are free of herbicides and pesticides, never given vaccines, antibiotics, added growth-hormones, or animal by-products. 

Fully cooked and ready to eat. Just heat to an internal temperature of 130 deg and serve!
