They graze over 160 acres of abundant regeneratively managed pasture their entire lives.  They are finished on that same lush pasture combined with controlled portions of our custom blend, soy free, non-GMO grain for 60 days creating the ultimate marbling while preserving the CLA, high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and increasing fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K2.  You get the best of grass finished beef in terms of nutrient density along with the best of grain finished in terms of flavor and tenderness.  It's the best of both worlds!
