Sourdough English Muffins

Our English muffins are made from scratch in small batches using our sourdough starter, and each one is individually shaped before baking. They’re a little bigger than your typical store-bought English muffin, with a soft, chewy texture and all those classic nooks and crannies.

They’re great toasted with butter or jam, make an awesome breakfast sandwich, and because of their size, they’re also perfect as a hamburger bun. They hold up really well without being too heavy or taking over the sandwich.

A Little About Us

Hi! My name is Ashley, and I’m the baker behind Musgrove Homestead & Bakery, our small family-run cottage bakery here in Columbia, Tennessee.

What started as baking for my own family has grown into more than we ever expected. Today, I make sourdough breads and baked goods, including English muffins, bagels, artisan breads, scones, cookies, and plenty of other things along the way.

Even as the bakery has grown, I still keep that same homemade approach—making things from scratch, in small batches, and putting care into everything I make.
