Pickup is only available on Wednesday, November 25th, from 12pm-4pm. Turkeys are heat treated and come with reheating instructions, in a foil pan wrapped and ready to go in the oven.
Prepared from a ten to twelve pound fresh bird. Legs and wings removed, breast section with ribcage, retained and smoked. Sold per unit not by finished weight.
