Essential Summer Bundle

Our summer meat bundles consist of three different sizes of our regenerative pasture raised beef and pork. These great value bundles are a great sampling of our delicious and healthy meat.  As always, they're free of vaccines, antibiotics, and added hormones.

Order during the week for pickup on Friday & Saturday at The Ridge Butcher Shop in Columbia. Local pickup only.

Ribeye Steaks, (2 steaks, approx. 1 lb. Ea) 

New York Steaks, (2 steaks, approx. 1 lb. Ea) 

Boneless Pork Chops, 4 x 8 oz chops

Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless (approx. 12 x 5-6 oz. Ea.)

Lean Ground Beef (12 lb.)

Pork Bratwurst (4 x 12 oz. Packs)

Applewood Smoked Pork Bacon (4 x 12 oz. Packs)

Ground Breakfast Sausage (2 lb.)

Approximately 30lbs of meat.
