Meats that are smoked, cooked, or otherwise prepared so that they can be purchased ready to eat with the same great Southern Ridge quality standards you've come to love.  These are pre-made foods you can trust and one of our core values is to provide you with full transparency about our process on everything we offer.  No liquid smoke, MSG, artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives.  

Smoked items are available to order on smoke days only which are Monday's and Wednesday's and we have limited quantities so get your orders in early or call ahead to make sure we have it available.
