Loin Chops

A little more lean, and similar to the T-bone of a cow, these chops have more meat and a tasty, bold flavor. Our individual rib chops are best cooked quickly and a low temp gets to a flavorful, medium rare to rare temperature.

Each package contains 2 chops that are about 6oz each.
