Our Italian style sausage has a savory, yet zesty taste. It all starts with our incredibly mild and flavorful, all natural, antibiotic and hormone free lamb raised on middle Tennessee pastures. The authentic Italian seasoning is an all natural spice mixture containing, salt, paprika, red pepper, fennel, onion, garlic, and Allspice(small amount of dextrose to keep spice from clumping). No GMO, MSG, or gluten.
